2. Payment Terms

• All prices shown on our website are excluding VAT. VAT (currently 5%) is added during checkout and shown clearly on your invoice.
  
  
• Our VAT and TRN number are mentioned on every invoice as per UAE law.

4. Delivery & Shipping

• We deliver across all Emirates in the UAE.
  
  
• International shipping is not available by default but may be arranged upon special request.
  
  
• Delivery timelines are shared at the time of order confirmation. Delays caused by the customer (including site access issues or last-minute cancellations) may result in:

Important: Once your delivery date is confirmed, our responsibility ends after the agreed timeline. If delivery is refused or delayed from your side, full payment is still due.

5. Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you order. But in the rare case you’re not satisfied:

• You must report any damage or defect within 48 hours of delivery.
  
  
• Refunds or replacements are only applicable for factory defects or delivery damage.
  
  
• Custom-made products, altered items, or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  
  
• Refunds, when applicable, are made to the original payment method and can take 7–14 business days to reflect.
  
  

6. Product Information

• All our products are handcrafted and may use natural materials such as wood, fabric, rattan, or bamboo.
  
  
• Variations in color, grain, texture, or slight imperfections are natural and not considered defects.
  
  
• We offer fabric samples and material swatches to help you choose confidently before you order.
  
  

7. Installation Policy

• The customer is responsible for ensuring the site is ready for installation (clean, accessible, and free of obstructions).
  
  
• Additional manpower, lifting equipment, or approvals required for installation (especially in high-rise buildings) must be arranged by the customer.
  
  
• Installation dates are scheduled in advance and rescheduling may incur additional fees.
  
  

8. Order Cancellations

• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
  
  
• Any advance payment made for custom or made-to-order items is non-refundable.
  
  
• For ready items, cancellations within 24 hours may be accepted at our discretion.
  
  

9. Dispute Resolution

• All disputes are handled in accordance with UAE law.
