At Nice Home, all our products are custom-made to order — carefully crafted to match your vision and space. Because of the personalized nature of our offerings, we follow a strict no return and no cancellation policy once the order is confirmed.

❌ Cancellation Policy

Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, it cannot be cancelled.

Each product is tailor-made specifically for you, which means we begin sourcing materials and initiating production right away.

🔁 Return Policy

We do not accept returns on any of our products.

Every piece we offer — whether it’s curtains, blinds, or furniture — is customized to your exact specifications. Once production starts, the item is uniquely yours.

To avoid any confusion or dissatisfaction:

  • ✅ We offer free fabric swatches on request.

  • ✅ You can consult with our sales experts before placing an order.

  • 🚫 We are not responsible for color or fabric texture discrepancies between photos and physical products — this is why requesting swatches is highly recommended.

⚠️ Issues We Will Resolve

We are committed to fixing any issues that fall under the following:

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product is defective

  • The product arrived damaged

If your item falls into one of these categories, you must report the issue immediately upon delivery.

📸 Upon Delivery: Your Responsibilities

When your order is delivered:

  • Please inspect it on the spot

  • Ask the delivery team to unwrap the items fully

  • Approve the product before accepting it

If there is visible damage or defect, you are within your rights to refuse the item. We also photograph and video record our products during packaging and dispatch to maintain quality control.

Once the item is accepted by you at delivery, resolving damage issues becomes more difficult, so your approval is important.

📆 14-Day Inspection Period

You have a maximum of 14 days from delivery to raise any issues regarding product damage or manufacturing defects. After this period, we cannot be held responsible for any claims.

Products kept beyond 14 days or used during this time will not be eligible for refunds, repairs, or replacements under this policy.

If you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged item:

  • Attach clear photos/videos of the issue

  • Include your order number and contact details

Our team will respond within 48 hours to guide you through the next steps.

📌 Note: Production-related issues (like damages or defects) must be handled via email only. Our sales team on WhatsApp or phone cannot assist with these claims.
