Some items may arrive in multiple shipments if ordered together. If you receive only part of your order, the remaining items will follow shortly, and our team will keep you updated.

• Custom-made items: 5–14 working days, depending on your requirements.

Order Cutoff Time:

Orders placed before 1 PM are processed the same day.
Orders placed after 1 PM will be processed the next business day.

🌍 International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international delivery.

However, we can support you in arranging international shipments by providing:

• Weight and dimensions
• Packaging specifications
• Required documentation

All costs and coordination for customs, duties, and freight must be handled by the customer.

📏 Oversized Furniture Policy

Many of our large furniture pieces are delivered fully assembled. Before ordering, please make sure:

• Your elevator can accommodate the item
• Your doorway and hallways are wide enough
• There’s clear access to your apartment, villa, or office
