Service-Based Policy

WebExprt360 provides custom digital services, including web design, development, digital marketing, branding, and related IT services. Due to the nature of digital and customised work, returns are not applicable once a project has started.


Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • The project has not yet started after payment

  • WebExprt360 is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal limitations

  • A written agreement explicitly includes a refund clause

Once work has begun, refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • Work has already started or milestones are completed

  • Delays occur due to lack of client communication or content

  • The client changes project requirements after approval

  • Dissatisfaction is based on personal preference rather than agreed scope

  • Third-party costs (domains, hosting, ads, plugins, tools) have been incurred


Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued based on:

  • Work completed at the time of the refund request

  • Resources and time already invested

  • Non-recoverable third-party expenses

The final decision rests solely with WebExprt360.


Cancellation Policy

Clients may request project cancellation by submitting a written request. Any outstanding balance must be settled before cancellation is processed.

No refunds will be issued for completed work or delivered services.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 7–14 business days

  • Transaction or processing fees may be deducted


Third-Party Services

WebExprt360 is not responsible for refunds related to:

  • Domain registrations

  • Hosting services

  • Advertising spend (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)

  • Third-party tools or subscriptions

These are subject to the respective provider’s refund policies.
