Payments and Fees

• All payments must be made according to agreed terms

• Advance payments may be required before project commencement

• Fees are non-refundable once work has started unless stated otherwise in a written agreement

Failure to make timely payments may result in project suspension or service termination.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise agreed:

• All materials, designs, and code remain the property of WebExprt360 until full payment is received

• Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client

• WebExprt360 reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio

Revisions and Modifications

• Revisions are provided as per the agreed project scope

• Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges

• Any major modifications requested after project approval may affect delivery time and cost

Limitation of Liability

WebExprt360 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential damages

• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities

• Third-party service failures (hosting, payment gateways, plugins, APIs)

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

Third-Party Services

Confidentiality

Termination

WebExprt360 reserves the right to terminate or suspend services if:

• Terms are violated

• Payments are not made

• Client engages in unlawful or unethical activities

Clients may also request termination, subject to settlement of outstanding fees.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangladesh courts.
